Return / Exchange policy.
Our Return Policy is tailored to suit the unique aspects of our online learning pathways. Please review the following guidelines:
Interactive Courses:
A non-refundable amount of $100 is applicable
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase
After this 30-day period, you may receive 50% of each class not used up to 60 days.
No refunds will be processed after 60 days from the date of purchase.
Course Bundles:
A full refund can be requested within 15 days of purchase
After 30 days, a 50% refund can be provided
No refunds will be processed after 45 days from the date of purchase.
Group Courses:
A non-refundable amount of $75 is applicable
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase
No returns will be accepted after this 30-day period
Mentorships:
A non-refundable amount of $150 is applicable
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase
No returns will be accepted after this 15-day period
Exchanges:
It is possible to exchange the dollar value that you’ve paid for a program you’re enrolled in for another program, but exchanges must be made within 3 months of purchasing an course, mentorship, or bundle.
If you have used some of feedback sessions already, or if the Group course has already begun, you will only be able to exchange the dollar value left in the program, after subtracting the non-refundable fee.
