Moho is our most highly-recommend 2D rig + vector animation software. We absolutely love using Moho, and just look at some of the beautiful, and entirely new, results you can get with it. Everything I see coming out of Moho is getting better in each post they make.

Clip Studio Paint is an incredibly one-stop powerhouse — great for digital drawing, painting, comics (with page and paneling capabilities!), AND animation. Wow, what can’t you do with this thing.
